Refund policy

Large orders consisting of 10 or more identical items are considered custom orders and will not be eligible for returns or exchanges as these items are made to order. If you have any concerns please contact me prior to ordering.

We take pride in our product and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

We will gladly replace any product that is defective due to defects in manufacturing and or workmanship for 14 days from the date of delivery. If items are damaged during shipping please send a picture of the damage and we will replace the item. In the event the item is no longer available, you may exchange for an item of equal value or request a refund. 

We will accept returns for a full refund minus shipping costs. 

Large Orders, Custom or Personalized items are not eligible for refund or exchange as they are made to order.
